Prohibited Use Policy

1. Identity Misuse

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using another person's name, likeness, voice, or identifying features to create AI-generated content without their explicit written consent
• Creating AI content that could be mistaken for a real, identifiable individual
• Using stolen, leaked, or unauthorized personal data to influence AI-generated outputs
• Attempting to replicate the appearance or identity of any public or private figure
• Distributing AI-generated content with the intent to misrepresent its subject

2. Non-Consensual Content

The creation or distribution of the following is prohibited:

• AI-generated intimate, sexual, or compromising depictions of any person without their consent
• Content designed to harass, intimidate, blackmail, or humiliate any individual
• Deepfake-style content that uses real persons' likenesses in non-consensual scenarios
• Revenge-style content of any nature, whether AI-generated or otherwise
• Any content that simulates sexual violence, coercion, or non-consensual acts

3. Impersonation

Users may not:

• Create AI companions or content that impersonate real, identifiable individuals (celebrities, public figures, private persons)
• Use names, titles, or contextual identifiers that associate AI content with a real person
• Present AI-generated outputs as communications, actions, or statements of a real person
• Use the platform to generate content for fraud, deception, social engineering, or scam purposes

4. Illegal Outputs

The following content and activities are prohibited:

• Any depictions of minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts — this is an absolute, zero-tolerance prohibition
• Content depicting, promoting, or instructing on terrorism, extremist violence, or radicalization
• Content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, slavery, or forced labor
• Content depicting extreme violence, gore, torture, or snuff-type material
• Content designed to facilitate drug manufacturing, weapons creation, or other criminal activities
• Content that violates sanctions, export control laws, or international humanitarian law
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous challenges

6. Platform Abuse

• Attempting to bypass content filters, safety systems, or moderation controls
• Automated scraping, data harvesting, or mass extraction of platform content
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or probing the platform's AI models or infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or circumvent restrictions
• Using the platform for spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or phishing
• Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the Service or its infrastructure

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property Violations

• Using prompts designed to reproduce copyrighted characters, works, or trademarked material
• Claiming AI-generated content as human-created work for fraudulent purposes
• Using AI-generated content to create counterfeit goods or deceptive commercial material

Violations of this policy will result in one or more of the following enforcement actions, determined by severity:

We encourage all users to report violations of this policy. Reports can be submitted:

• Using the Report button available throughout the platform
• By emailing hello@aiallure.com
• Through the dedicated Report Abuse page

All reports are reviewed without undue delay. Critical reports (minor safety, non-consensual content) receive immediate priority review.

10. User Responsibility

By using aiAllure, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you generate, request, or interact with on the platform
• You will not attempt to use the platform to create content that violates any applicable laws
• You confirm that all text prompts and inputs you submit do not infringe the rights of any third party, and that any reference images you upload (via IdentityForge™) depict only yourself or a person who has given you explicit, verifiable consent, and do not depict any minor or celebrity
• You understand that AI-generated content on this platform is synthetic and does not depict real individuals
• You accept that violations of this policy may result in legal consequences in addition to account actions

11. Legal Cooperation

aiAllure cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will:

• Preserve evidence of prohibited activities when required by law
• Respond to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests)
• Proactively report suspected CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) to NCMEC (US), Europol, INHOPE, and the Czech Police as required by Directive 2011/93/EU and Czech law
• Maintain audit trails of all enforcement actions for compliance documentation

12. Governing Law

This Prohibited Use Policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Users are additionally subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction. Where local law imposes stricter requirements, those requirements apply.
