aiAllure Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and scope

The program is available only to adults aged 18 or older promoting aiAllure's fictional AI companion platform in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, these terms, and aiAllure's other policies. Both the recruiter and recruited affiliate must remain active, eligible, and in good standing.

2. Primary and recruiter commissions

A qualifying primary commission is the actual commission finally credited to an affiliate under their applicable rate after eligibility checks. A direct recruiter receives 5% of that finalized primary commission, calculated at 500 basis points and rounded at the applicable currency's minor-unit boundary. The recruited affiliate's primary commission is never reduced.

Example: on a $100 qualifying transaction with a $50 primary commission, the direct recruiter earns $2.50. Total affiliate cost is $52.50. If the primary affiliate has a custom rate, the 5% calculation uses the actual primary commission credited, not gross customer revenue.

3. One level only

Only direct affiliate recruitment qualifies. If A recruits B and B recruits C, A may earn from B's qualifying primary commissions and B may earn from C's qualifying primary commissions. A earns nothing from C. Recruiter commissions never generate another recruiter commission.

4. Attribution and timing

• A valid recruiter link stores signed attribution for the stated attribution window. No recruiter code can be entered manually.
• For an eligible new affiliate, valid attribution is finalized automatically when their affiliate dashboard first loads.
• The recruited affiliate may have only one recruiter. Once finalized, the relationship is locked and cannot be changed by later clicks.
• Existing affiliates cannot select a recruiter retroactively.
• No commission is payable for activity before the relationship is created and approved or before the program's effective launch time.
• Administrative correction is permitted only through an authorized, reasoned, auditable process; historical ledger entries are not deleted.

5. Qualifying activity, refunds, and payouts

A recruiter commission exists only when the underlying transaction generates a normal eligible primary affiliate commission. It follows the same pending, approval, availability, payout, refund, dispute, and chargeback rules and may not become payable before the source primary commission. Rejected, refunded, reversed, test, staff, excluded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible activity does not qualify. If a paid source commission is later reversed, aiAllure may record an auditable negative adjustment against future affiliate balance.

Payouts are processed on a 14-day cycle and may be requested after the available balance reaches $100. USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) is currently the only available payout method. A $5 crypto processing deduction applies. PayPal and bank wire may remain visible as temporarily unavailable methods and, if reactivated, carry a $10 processing deduction. The applicable deduction is subtracted from the available balance before the remaining commission becomes payable and invoiceable.

Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, circular referrals, reassignment manipulation, false identities, unauthorized payment identities, and attempts to manufacture commissions are prohibited. aiAllure may review risk signals, withhold disputed amounts, request verification, suspend eligibility, disable or revoke a relationship, and reverse fraudulent commissions. An IP match alone is not conclusive and will not by itself automatically block a legitimate relationship.

8. Privacy

A recruiter receives only limited aggregate relationship and earnings information. The recruiter is not entitled to customer data or the recruited affiliate's email, payout details, customer list, transaction details, or other private business information.

9. Program duration and changes

“Lifetime” means while the program, both affiliate accounts, and the qualifying direct relationship remain active and in good standing under the then-current affiliate terms. aiAllure may change, pause, or terminate the program consistently with applicable law and its notice obligations. Disabling new accrual does not erase valid historical ledger records or amounts already payable, subject to refunds, disputes, fraud review, and lawful withholding.
