Record-Keeping & Content Compliance Statement

aiAllure is operated by Novera Group s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. This statement addresses compliance with content record-keeping requirements under both EU law and US law (18 U.S.C. §2257).

US Record-Keeping Exemption (18 U.S.C. §2257)

All visual depictions displayed on this website (aiAllure) are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

  • They do not portray actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
  • All depictions are 100% artificial creations generated by Artificial Intelligence.
  • No human models, actors, actresses, or identifiable persons appear in any images, videos, or media on this platform.
  • Where limited reference image uploads are permitted (via IdentityForge™), such images are used solely as AI generation references, are subject to automated age verification and safety screening, and are not themselves published, distributed, or displayed as content on the platform.

aiAllure is committed to generating only AI-generated, synthetic content intended to be fictional that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Our systems are designed with safeguards intended to prevent real individuals from being depicted, referenced, or used in the creation of any media presented through our Website, Apps, or Services. However, unintentional resemblance to real persons may occur due to the nature of AI generation.

EU Compliance

Under Directive 2011/93/EU (combating sexual abuse and exploitation of children) and Czech Criminal Code (Act No. 40/2009 Coll.), aiAllure maintains strict prohibitions against any content depicting or suggesting minors. All content is AI-generated and synthetic, and is not intended to depict real persons. The platform employs automated and manual moderation systems to detect and prevent prohibited content. Any detected violations are immediately reported to the relevant Czech and EU authorities, including Europol and the Czech Police.
